Texas AI Report is owned and operated by Matt Bertram, an individual based in Houston, Texas. It is not owned by a media corporation, investor syndicate, or government entity.
Affiliated Entities
Through common ownership, Texas AI Report is affiliated with two commercial organizations:
- ModalPoint — An AI-governance advisory that helps organizations design, assess, and implement responsible AI programs. Matt Bertram leads ModalPoint.
- EWR Digital — A digital marketing and technology agency. Matt Bertram is the founder.
Funding
At launch, Texas AI Report is self-funded. There are no paid advertisers, paid sponsors, or native advertising arrangements. If that changes, it will be disclosed prominently on this page and within affected content.
Editorial Independence
Coverage decisions are made editorially and are independent of ModalPoint's or EWR Digital's commercial interests. Affiliation does not give those organizations any right to approve, suppress, or shape coverage.
Inline Disclosures
